About the Project

  • The site’s naturally unique topography shaped the vision for Warren Place: The site is relatively flat on the west side, and has an ever increasing up-slope as it moves east, approaching interstate 680. The lot has a triangular shape with its widest point located at the south end of the property near Warren Avenue. It has a carefully studied pair of earthquake fault traces that cut through the property running north to south, which cannot be constructed on, and further define the buildable area of this parcel of land.

    • Noise Mitigation: Early studies addressed proximity to I-680, resulting in thoughtful home placement and landscape buffers for a peaceful living experience.

    • Natural Beauty: Residents will enjoy stunning views of Mission Peak to the east and glimpses of the Bay to the south — priceless features woven into the site's layout.

  • Warren Place harmonizes beautifully with its surroundings:

    • Adjacent to a well-established community of mid-century, single-story homes

    • Close to newer residential developments across the freeway

    • Minutes from Warm Springs’ retail, dining, and service hubs

    • Convenient access to I-680, I-880, Mission Boulevard, and Warm Springs BART Station — connecting you easily to the South Bay and beyond
